The New Hampshire Institute of Art was established as the Manchester Institute of Arts and Sciences in 1898. The Award was presented during the Philanthropy Day Luncheon ceremony a the Trumbull Marriott. 290 fundraising professionals and not-for-profit Board Members were in attendance. Staley is the first recipient of this award in Connecticut and the first person in the country to receive the award on a statewide basis.
