| Pre-Campaign
Study With
few exceptions, the correct approach to a major fund-raising campaign
is to conduct an objective study to:
-
educate the institution's constituency to its needs and plan to
meet them;
-
hear what its closest friends think about the institution and
its fund-raising plans; and
-
discover whether key prospects will work for and financially support
the proposed campaign.
StaleyRobeson's
Pre-Campaign Study has been designed to collect these insights,
analyze them and produce a plan of action. The key Study element
is a series of confidential, personal interviews with a significant
number of the institution's most important constituents. This is
followed by the presentation of a written report analyzing the findings,
setting forth the Firm's recommendations, and a plan for attaining
the institution's objectives.
