Development Audit

This special Study assesses the effectiveness of the institution's development program and staff, and suggests specific steps to strengthen them. The Audit includes:

• a series of personal interviews with key Board members,
  administrators, and friends;
• a professional assessment of the overall program, its individual components, staffing capability, and effectiveness;
• an evaluation of the working relationship and effectiveness of related functions, such as alumni relations, public relations, etc.; and
• a formal report with specific recommendations based upon the Firm's findings and conclusions.
